FAQ
Common questions.
- Do you build outside California?
- Yes. We build across the United States and internationally. California-headquartered, globally deployed.
- Do you self-perform concrete?
- Yes. Every transition on a California Skateparks project is shaped by our own crews. We don't sub the terrain.
- How does Sourcewell procurement work?
- Sourcewell is a national cooperative purchasing agency. Public agencies with a Sourcewell membership can procure our design and construction directly, without running an independent RFP. See the Sourcewell page for the full path.
- Do you take design-only engagements?
- Yes. We frequently produce concept and construction documents for clients who intend to competitively bid construction separately.
- How much does a concrete skatepark cost?
- A meaningful municipal skatepark typically ranges from the mid-six figures to several million, depending on size, features, site conditions, and market. We provide budget templates during planning.
- What is All Access?
- All Access is our adaptive-first design brief for public skateparks. Every rider, every line, integrated — not separated. See the All Access page for principles and case studies.
- Do you sign NDAs for private clients?
- Yes. Private client work is confidential by default. We'll execute an NDA before you share project specifics.
- Do you renovate existing skateparks?
- Yes. Renovation typically restores a park to modern build quality at a fraction of a new-build cost. See the Renovation service page.
- Can we tour a project in person?
- Frequently. We'll coordinate a site visit for qualified public agencies and clients during scoping.
